New Zealand Customers
To shop with us you may use our ON-LINE SHOP We accept Visa and Mastercard and use a secure server to safeguard your credit card details. Our online shop also includes an option for you to pay by cheque. You may also make payment using internet banking. Please Email us using the inquiry form if you wish to pay by internet banking.

International Customers
We do not accept cheques from international customers.
You must pay by credit card using our on-line shop. We use a secure server to safeguard your credit card details. You will be charged in New Zealand Dollars at the exchange rate that is current at the time of transaction.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
$6.50 freight is charged. Allow 3-4 working days from receipt of your order.

DELIVERY OVERSEAS
Orders are sent by airmail and take 1-2 weeks. you may have to pay local taxes or duties when the goods arrive. The freight cost is determined by the weight of the package.

RETURNS POLICY

If your choice turns out to be not quite what you had in mind or is the wrong size we will happily exchange it or provide a refund provided the goods are returned to us in original condition WITHIN 28 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours, but we will cover the cost of freighting any replacement back to you. For your own protection, we recommend using a courier or registered post as we do not accept any liability for customer returns that do not reach us. Please enclose instructions advising us of what you wish to do with the garment i.e exchange or refund.

YOUR PRIVACY

We collect your personal information and record it in our database when you place an order or complete any of our on-line forms. This information is collected for the purpose of processing your order and also for notifying you of any new products or offers relating to our products. We will not pass your information on to other businesses.
